Still accepting applications for July-August programs!

Summer Program Payment

We have two easy options for you to pay your program fee for your summer program: pay online via PayPal, or pay by cheque. A non-refundable $500 deposit is due five days from acceptance. Full payments are due by May 1, 2012. If you are unsure of your deadline date, please contact your trip leader for clarification.

(1) Pay online via PayPal

In order to pay through PayPal, click the “Buy Now” button below. There is an added 2.9% transaction fee that PayPal charges if you opt to pay online. The deadline to pay your deposit is five days from acceptance, and the due date for full program fee payment is May 1, 2012 (if you are unsure of your deadline, contact your trip leader for clarification). Make sure to specify the participant’s name and program in the comments when you process your payment, especially if you are paying with a PayPal account or credit card under somebody else’s name.

(2) Pay by Cheque

You can also write a cheque for the program fee to “Operation Groundswell” (without quotes). If your name isn’t on the cheque, just make sure to put it in the memo line, along with the name of your summer program. Then, you can either mail or drop your cheque off in person at the below address. The deadline to get your $500 deposit cheque is five days after acceptance, and if you are mailing it, make sure it is postmarked by this date. The remaining $1,999 is due by May 1, 2012 (if you are unsure of your deadline, contact your trip leader for clarification). Or, you can choose to pay your full program fee of $2,499 by the deposit deadline, instead of sending two separate cheques.
